About SOFT SPECTRUM

SOFT SPECTRUM is a tool for designers, artists, and enthusiasts seeking harmony in color. We combined classic color wheel principles (monochromatic, analogous, complementary) with a user-friendly modern interface.

Why did we build this?

Most palette generators focus only on random combinations. SOFT SPECTRUM allows you to control mood, saturation, and lightness, providing curated recipes (presets) like "Golden Hour" or "Pastel Bloom" that instantly set the desired atmosphere.

The 60-30-10 Rule

We also integrated composition checking based on the classic 60-30-10 rule. This helps not only in picking colors but also in understanding the proportions in which to apply them in your layouts.
